Analytics page not displaying properly for Oracle business intelligence enterprise edition 11.1.1.9.

Hello Experts,
We are facing issue with the OBIEE analytics after logging. We have applied latest OBIEE patchset bundle 27281232 (11.1.1.9.180116) one of our environment (version: 11.1.9.5) as recommended by Oracle.
Oracle suggested to apply this patch to current environment to resolve known/unknown bugs fixes and we are currently facing issue with the Planning connection from OBIEE.
Actually everything was working fine after applying patch on Friday but from Monday we are facing issue Analytics dashboard after login.
We are facing abnormal behavior after logged into analytics as given below screen shots.
Anyone have any idea, how we can resolve this issue?
Kind Regards,
Harshal Kulkarni

Purge all your local files from IE. That's actually IE being "clever" as usual, not OBIEE. Common behaviour for that browser.

Hello Christian,
Thank you for your reply.
I have already cleared all Browsing history from browser and restarted session but still facing a same issue.
It was mandatory steps after applying patch hence we had already tried it.

Hello Joel,
Yes I had tried another browser but still issue was there.
After trace we have found that, after applying latest OBIEE patchset bundle 27281232 (11.1.1.9.180116) it modified Analytics.ear file. Actually we had made logo changes in previous .ear & its get conflicted with new changes after patch applied.
We had re-modified Analytics.ear file with logo and issue get resolved.

Why?
Why didn't you used a supported way of doing things?
There are 2 ways of customizing OBIEE, none of them require to modify analytics.ear because it's the wrong way of doing things and will conflict with almost any patch, update and upgrade.

Hello Gianni,
I'm agree with your point and logo change is customer need to we need to edit "Analytics.ear" file.
I didn't see any other option where we can add logo into first login page except editing Analytics.ear .
Could you please provide me details steps where I can add logo without editing .ear file?
Kind Regards,
Harshal
