How to zip output files of OBIEE 11g reports?

OBIEE 11.1.1.7

When we form the analysis/report in BI Answer, the result file can reach n GB (until 5-6 GB). Output file usually - csv. Because of large size of  output files (csv/excel) - we have a problem with time spent to download this file.

So we need to zip output files. So user need to download zip file (csv/excel).

1. How to zip output files in BI Answers

2. Whether it is possible to open in the publisher the reports created in answers AND whether it is possible in the publisher to download the constructed reports as zip archive

@3615571 You got several responses stating the same thing.

It would be good if you could explain WHY you are trying to do things this way? Most of the time these issues are simply down to wrong usage of the tool and wrong choices as to which technology to use.

Total miss on the intent and design of the OBIEE tool ...
