OBIEE 12C: AGENT FAILS WHEN USING CONDITION & HTML CONTENT

Hi All,

I am getting below error message with Business Intelligence Server Enterprise Edition – Version 12.2.1.2.0 after I have scheduled a BI Agent with an Answer than contains HTML code(In column formula) and agent delivery content is a conditional analysis.

I spoke to admin team and got required privileges. But still I am getting the error due to which I am unable to run the agent.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Take a look at this:

12.2.1.3 disabled HTML markup by default to all users and the article above describes how to enable it. This should fix your issue.

Did you try cancelling the original and trying over with an entirely new one?

Have you tested for yourself that you do now have the html rights described, by creating and saving an analysis with html content?
