OTBI Report: Need additional fields about employee to get displayed clicking on a hyperlink in Dashb

Question

Hi,

We have a requirement wherein we need to display 16 fields for a particular employee. As the number of fields is large, suggestion is to display 7 important fields first when you open up the Dashboard page

and have a hyperlink kind of thing with label: 'Additional Information'. Upon clicking this hyperlink, it should display the rest of the fields related to the employee.

Anyone has idea on how to implement this requirement.
