Hello Team,

Our database server(scan and ip is getting chagned) is getting migrated to new one.

In previous database we have everything like bi plat from schemas and customer data.

Now we need to configure the existing obiee with new database.

Please suggest what are the changes required in obiee 11g to get this implemented.

Hi,

Related to BIPLATFORM, Verify the data source details in EM & Console. If it is incorrect, update the details and restart the server.

EM - Business Intelligence --> Core Application --> Deployment --> Scheduler

Console - Services --> Data Sources . For each datasource, navigate to Configuration --> Connection Pool. Verify the details on the URL part is correct.

If the data warehouse details got changed, update the RPD connection pool and also the TNS file (/u01/MW_HOME/Oracle_BI1/network/admin/tnsnames.ora)
