OBIEE 11.1.1.7 analytics gives "page can't be displayed" error on IE11 in windows 10

Hi All,
Looking for inputs on an browser issue we are facing. Our organization has upgraded users machines to windows 10 after which we are seeing issue with the analytics URL. The URL is not accessible through IE (IE version 11) in which we get "This page can't be displayed" message, the same URL is accessible through other browsers (Firefox, Chrome). This issue is impacting users as IE is the default browser for our organization. No errors are being written in the log as the URL itself is not opening. The same URL works for other users thru windows 7 , IE11.

OBIEE Version - 11.1.1.7.151020
I would like to check if any one of you have faced similar issue or any inputs on what might be causing the issue.
Thanks in Advance

While I am not really surprised by IE posing issues (yet again) - are you sure it's 11 and not Edge? Just asking because Win10 uses Edge by default.
Did you check the compatibility mode settings?

Thank you for the reply Christian Berg.
It is with IE 11 (when opened in Edge , a new IE 11 window opens). I have tried compatibility mode settings which did not help either.

Do you have bundle patch 11.1.1.7.140527 applied? http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi/bi-11gr1certmatrix-ps6-1928219.xls
Also you should upgrade to a newer version because support for 11.1.1.7 is at it's end.

Oops, seem to have missed you are already on a higher version .
However, you should upgrade asap

+1 It is more than high time to move away from 11.1.1.7 and on to the latest 12c release which at the moment is 12.2.1.4

I agree. The upgrade is in progress ( to 12.2.1.4) and is currently in the initial phases. Thank You.
