Upgrade to OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 - Go to the New Home Page missing

Hi.,

After upgrading from OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 , "Go to the New Home Page" link is missing in home page,

New Analysis->Data Exploration&Discovery->Visual Analyzer project is also missing.,

is this a bug or is this the actual upgrade?

Have you seen this - OAC 12.2.4.0.0: Enabling the 'Go to the New Home Page' link ? Not sure if there has been any update to this.
