Inline Cell commenting

Hi

We have a requirement to add cell commenting on the reports of OBIEE 11g. The user should be able to add comments and save it at run time without using the write back feature.

Is there any alternative method to implement this feature ?

As Robert said there isn't anything embedded in OBIEE for that.

As he said you either do a "do it yourself" APEX thing or take a look at existing solutions :

No there is no alternative within OBIEE itself.

You might want to have a look into using Apex as better tool for capturing comments in conjunction with OBIEE.
