you are right Christian, but the dashboard was used for 4 years. right now I am helping to tune it. actually it is impossible to provide different solution.

I don't think @Christian Berg, @Robert Angel @Gianni Ceresa & @Thomas Dodds could be any clearer. Your first port of call should be the underlying data source as well as understanding the actual use case for the OBIEE analysis. It could well be that a data extract is what they're after

Am I wrong in assuming you still didn't look into the details of where that analysis spends time?
Because first of all you don't "tune" a dashboard, which has no logic and takes nothing to render but the content of the dashboard. And still I didn't see you pointing out where the analysis was spending time, so I'm not sure what you are looking for.
Do not expect a flag "please_go_fast=42" in the config file, doesn't really work like that ...
