Obiee Admin Tool Logon Failed Error

Question

Hi,

I have a problem on obiee administration tool. When we try to log in as online mode, it say "Logon failed" and no any other details :S This issue occurred a few week ago, before we could successfully connect it.

Version: 12.2.1.3.0 (Build BIPS-20170820114118 64-bit)

What do you suggest for this issue? Please help me.

Hi dileraco,

Were you able to try the above suggestion? I had some issues a few weeks back with an online connection, and doing this resolved it. May be a good place to start.

Hi dileraco,

Can you try to creating a new ODBC connection against the same server, with a different name? And, see if that works?
