OBIEE11.1.1.9 Installation stops at " Setting up BI Publisher",windows 10

Question

Hi All,

I'm trying to install OBIEE11.1.1.9 in my local machine (Windows 10). The Installation (Simple) stops at " Setting up BI Publisher".

Checked in log file , it shows :  'export' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Please help me how can i resolve this issue.

Instead of installing it in windows 10( I think it is not certified yet) download a sample app and try it.
