Unable to scroll longer lists in OBIEE 12c - Linux Env

Hi All,
We have OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0 installed on our linux server. We have observed that longer menus like dashboards in analytics or the weblogic domain list in the EM are not scroll-able. We have to reduce the browser font size to view the full list. We have tried on different browsers and still see the issue. Can you please suggest how to fix this? By the way we have installed the same OBIEE version on a windows environment and are able to see the scroll up/down arrows.
