OBIEE 12.2.1.4 Custom Themes

Hello,
Forgive me if someone already addressed this. I did a search but did not find anything related to my question/issue.
I created a new custom theme and activated in the OBIEE 12.2.1.4 Administration page. I successfully enabled it by adding <EnableDynamicThemes>true</EnableDynamicThemes> to the BI_DOMAIN/config/fmwconfig/biconfig/OBIPS/instanceconfig.xmlfile
.
I then bounced the presentation server. The new theme logo & header works fine on every dashboard. I was surprised to see the theme does not apply to the main http://lcoalhost:9502/analytics/ login screen.
Did I miss a step or is this normal functionality? If normal, how are folks here modifying the logo on the main OBIEE sign in screen? It still has the Oracle logo.
Thanks in advance!
Eric

Hi Eric,
By default in 12.2.1.4 the login page isn't the OBIEE login page. It is the so-called "lightweight SSO", a "thing" giving you a kind of SSO which means you can go from the classic OBIEE Answers (/analytics) interface to the Data Visualization one without being prompted for a login.
The issue is that this lightweight SSO thing is an independent deployment outside OBIEE, and it doesn't have a simple easy way to customize it for now. You can find how to do it here: https://gianniceresa.com/2017/10/odc-appreciation-day-customize-style-of-lightweight-login-and-vadv/

+1 to Gianni. Look at your URL bar. The URL is a dead giveaway.
/analytics vs /bi-security-login !

Hi Gianni,
Thanks for your help. That explains it.

Hi Christian,
On my system it is not a dead giveaway. The analytics link re-directs me to bi-security-login as the system is already configured for ldap.
Eric.
