Hi We have to get all email addresess from our instance of OBIEE used in Agents, Jobs. We have a lot Agents and Jobs. Very difficult to gather info about emails manualy Can i do it by SQL from repository(s) of OBIEE. What's tables i have to use?

It's worth to keep in mind that the real full list of recipients could be inexistant because based on an analysis, in this case you will need to run every and each analysis used as condition to get the list of recipients at that point in time. The best place where to get all the recipients (including potential recipients of not executed agents) is in the agent itself as it's stored in the XML of the agent. So you can probably do something with a Catalog Manager report probably (getting both users references or email addresses).
You can try to generate a report from catalog manager.
1) Open Catalog manager , navigate to the shared folder.
2) Tools > Create Report
3) Select Type to report on - > Agent
4) Select Email, Name, Path from Available columns and click OK
This would be easy if all the agents are under one folder , if not the same has to be performed on each subfolder or at shared folder level ( would take long time to run based on the number of agents)
Still won't give you any information on dynamically retrieved recipients.
