BIP is very slow when developing Data Model / Report

Hi All,

We are using OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 version on VMware, when we work on RPD, analysis, dashboards it is working fine but when we develop data model/ BIP report on same product then it is very slow, it has been observed that CPU resources usage is normal.
