Anti virus installation with OBIEE in on premise version

Using data visualization in OBIEE, an user can upload a file to do his own analysis. In our system we want to integrate an antivirus in such a way that when an user is trying to upload a file, before saving it to server file system, we want to scan it. If the file is infected or quarantine, bi server will respond accordingly to the user. Is there any way to do so? We have seen a feature in cloud version to integrate virus scanning server separately but couldn't find such a way in on premise version.
