Does OBI Admin Client 11.1.1.9 work on Win 2016 server or Win 10?

Has anyone been successful to install OBI Admin Client 11.1.1.9 on Win 2016 server or Win 10 machine?

Only 12c versions of the Admin Tool work on Windows 10. 11g versions aren't supported for Win10.

OBIEE 11.1.1.9 was never certified for Windows 2016 Server
