OBIEE presentation server is down

Hi experts,

Could you please let me know if any one has faced below issue in OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0

Has anything changed recently? What happens when you manually restart presentation services? Is this the only error in your log files?

1.) What Joel said: what changed?

2.) Is this the first time this happened?

3.) What does a OBIPS restart result in? Does it come back up or not?

4.) Have you seen errors in any other log file? I.e. was something else impacted? From that one message it's impossible to tell WHAT happened.

5.) Have you done a graceful shutdown and restart of the Enterprise yet?
