We are using OBIEE 11.1.1.9.x Is it required to apply all below patches for my weblogic server 10.3.6.0

Make sure you clearly read the part about 11.1.1.9 officially being out of error correction support since many months now!

Thanks for your reply Christian,

Same thing will applicable for OBIEE as well 11g and 12C

1) Once I finished installation OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 , can I apply patch 11.1.1.9.190416 (Patch 29492717), is that work fine? will it contain all the old patches?

2) OBIEE and weblogic should be always on the same patch line, when we update the patches for OBIEE at the same time should we compulsory to apply the patches for Weblogic as well ?

If you install the latest bundle patch, all older patches will be included.
