OBIEE 12c Agent Schedule - Cant run agent every 10 mins
Hello friends,
We have seen a sudden change in the schedule of the agent where its not allowing us to run the agent every 10 min. Now it states to choose between 15 and 1440. We have been using 12c since 2017 and have been running this agent every 10 mins since 2018. Suddenly this June 2019, we saw this change where we went to disable and enable the agent, and it started giving this error. Do you know if this is OBIEE functionality to select between 15 and 1440 now? I checked Oracle documentation and it says to select between 1 & 1440. I wanted to reach out the experts before raising a SR. Please help.

Thanks Joel. I saw this link too and suprisingly it says to enter between 1 and 1440. looks like an old SR. Oracle might have deployed another maintenance release which made this change to select between 15 and 1440 now. I will raise an Oracle SR for this and clarify.

Are you on your own OBIEE 12c on-premises or is that a cloud thing (managed by Oracle)?
If the latter, it's easy to see where the change came from: too many things running too often and they wanted to reduce the load from agents I imagine.0 -
