Focus Bottom on page by default

OBIEE version : Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.3.0

Is it possible to have OBIEE automatically focus the bottom of a page after a SSN in put into the prompt at the top of the page? I have a situation where the customers are very picky and they dont want to have to scroll down to see data (at the top of the page there is a logo and privacy warnings which are required at a certain size in order to see them when printed)

So the thought was brought up can we by default focus the bottom of the data so they can also see the print button right there at the bottom.
