Hi all,

Hopefully this is an easy one.
If I login to our 12c environment and then leave it inactive for a few minutes (between 3 and 10 I guess), when I come back to it, I have to wait 10-15 seconds before it becomes resonsive again.

Is there some sort of invisible session logout/login process happening here?
I'd love to turn it off as it's incredibly frustrating.
