Date format is weird after exporting to excel

Hi, I am using OBIEE 12.1.2.0
In my analysis i have some date fields and when i run the analysis the dates are shown like this.
and this is ok , but when i export it in excel the dates are shown like this
Does anyone knows why is this happening, and how to fix it.
The columns are set as DATE in Admin tool and they are DATE in Database.

This is the way to do it, thank you.
But, is there any possibility to change it somwhere globally so i dont have to change it on every column in every analysis sperately?@Joel Acha

A few things you could try:
You can take a snapshot of 1 analysis that has a date column that is affected by this. Make the changes to the date column custom format in this analysis and then compare the XML of the analysis before and after the change to see what the XML changes are. You can then make the global change by using the catalog manager search & replace option.
The other option you could try is to but be aware that this change is global and will affect all references of this column throughout your entire catalog:
