As to your question: Have you already looked at the Catalog Manager reports which you can produce? They contain all the information.

I have checked in the Catalog Manger but I don't see any Application role related object. Could you please give me suggestion how to check.

Run ./runcat.sh -cmd report -help to see what the Catalog Manager CLI can do in terms of generating reports based on catalog content.
First thing first: what version of OBIEE are you talking about?
Do you want the permissions associated with every analysis or do you want to resolve all the security dependencies and, for every single application role, get the list of all the analysis they are allowed to open? Because this is something totally different (security inheritance can be fairly complex)
