We recently upgraded from OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.  We had some very simple Gauge displays that are now throwing errors:

The highlighted SQL doesn't appear until after the Gauge View is created, and it makes no recognizable references, to me at least.  No clue about all the "17306" references.

The errors appear overnight after the load/refresh, and can be cleared by opening the query and refreshing it, but that's a pain since there are 6 of these on the dashboard in question.

By deleting the Gauge View, the SQL reverts to this:

Has anyone else seen this?

Have you already tried with running the application in its actual style and skin rather than like it was 11g?

The agency I work for decided to maintain the 11G look and feel.  It's the enterprise-wide default at this time, for better or worse.

Have you seen skin/style cause issues like this before?
