OBIEE CSV Export file cannot be foundst

Hi, I am working on OBIEE 12.2.1.3.0. I am facing an issue while exporting report in CSV format. First time I run the report and it returned 10k rows and it was successfully downloaded and I was able to view it as well. After that again I run the report with different dates filter and it returned 200,000 rows and I exported it. I got export successfully message but did not find the downloaded file.

    which browser are you using ? which OS?

    Windows 10 and on Chrome Browser.

    Have you checked your Presentation Server & Java Host log files? There may be some clues in those log files.

    Hi,

    I didn't find unusual in those logs. Do you have any idea why this issue occurs.

  • Turn off the auto-save setting or whatever it's called in your browser and make it prompt you to pick a filename and path where to save the file.
    At the moment you still couldn't prove that it's an OBIEE issue and not your browser not able to deal auto-magically with the file.

    Hi Gianni,

    I have disabled auto saving option in browser and reproduced the issue. For the report which was already exporting it only asks for save location, but for the other report its behavior is same as earlier and it did not ask for location to save and shows export successful export file is not found any where.

    There was some issue on network side, after resolving network side issue I am to download file with large data set.
