The question isn't "What have you installed?" but "What exactly do you have licensed?" ;-)

SmartView is normally part of the OBIEE license but the devil's in the detail so you better ask internally what exact license you bought.

I don’t believe you need an additional licence for SmartView but always best to run this by your Oracle Account Manager.

Unfortunately.I dont have much understanding.I checked with my admin.

This is the respose i got

We have got 'Named user perpetual plus' license for the obiee.

If what he says is correct and what you've really licensed, then you're ok. SmartView is part of the OBIEE+ license.
