How to sort a report based measure column using table or pivot table view, but the order of dimensional columns should not change can anyone suggest.

I suggest you rephrase your question for more precision.

At the moment you question means that this:

Region     Revenue

East          100

North          200

South          50

West          500

Becomes this:

Region     Revenue

East          500

North          200

South          100

West          50

And that makes no sense.
