BI publisher: how to get query hitting database from a BI publisher report

Hi Gurus,
New to BI Publisher space. Wondering how to retrieve the query behind a BI publisher report.
We need to performance tune BIP reports so i would like to look at the SQL query if there is any chance to optimize it.
Thanks in advance.

Have you enabled BI Publisher logging? As you didn't mention your version, use this document to configure logging: https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Siebel/2076111_1.html

Thanks Joel, we are on 12c, If possible kindly share word or pdf version of the link you posted as right now have no access to Oracle support account.
Also i am trying to capture the query as performance is the main concern. Report is taking 40 seconds to run which is unacceptable.
Please also share any documents/tips on the performance too. (Already created JNDI source instead of JDBC, used group by, checked "data already sorted" option, but still performance is not as expected.
Thanks again.

I'm afraid that you need an Oracle Support licence to access this document and as a result, I can't share this unfortunately.
