Dear Experts,

I have upgrade obiee 11g to obiee 12.2.1.4.0, I wants to configure smtp in my new environment.

1) the first thing i wants to confgiure smptp, before or after configuring this i wants to stop all agents which will triger to respective timestamp ? how can I stop all agents ?

2) I can see scheduler tab is missing in OBIEE 12C, but we have in OBIEE 11g ?

    Did you bother to check your agents in the upgraded catalog? If you had you'd see that after an upgrade ALL agents are disabled. Tthat's by design - to force you to review and validate before activating any of them again. Standard upgrade facts and perfectly well documented.

    Thank you I have seen all agents are disabled after upgrade

    So after configuring smtp then we can activate required agents
