The cache entry has been corrupted

Hi all,

Has anybody seen this issue before?

[nQSError: 52061] The cache entry /.../obis1/cache/NQS__XXXX.TBL, has been corrupted"

There's an existing bug for it with a patch but when I try and apply the patch to 12.2.1.4, opatch says that it's not required anymore.
Any thoughts?

Supplementary Details:

- It seems to be only impacting where the physical db is MS-SQL.
- Turning off cache on each physical table in the subject area "fixes" the issue.
