BI Publisher failed to connect to BI presentation server

Hi guys

    I have installed bi publisher with obiee together (version 11.1.1.9.0).  But we i tried to configure bi publisher through "Administration -> BI Publisher -> Manager BI Publisher" with weblogic user(Here i need to enter weblogic user name and password again).

    Errors just come out:

     The server can not be used due to a configuration error please contact the administrator. If you are the administrator please consult BI Publisher user guide for proper configuration.

     Error details:

     java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation ServerCould not connect to OBI Presentation Service.
