Hi Team,

Good evening!!!

We have requirement like, have to show null values(Blank Column) for few of the date columns, for now  those are not available in DB once its available need to remap to the original columns till that time it as show null value (Blank Column).

So for this we have created logical column BMM layer kept Null in the expression build and presented those columns in presentation table when select column in report level facing issue.

But facing below error:

State: HY000. Code: 43119. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: (HY000) State: HY000. Code: 14025. [nQSError: 14025] No fact table exists at the requested level of detail: [,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, State: HY000. Code: 14081. [nQSError: 14081] You may be able to evaluate this query if you remove one of the following column references

Changes has to be made from RPD side no report access version we are using: OBIEE 12c 12.2.1.4.0.

Can someone suggest on this

    1.) You expect an answer in under 2 hours? Hire a consultant and pay them to do the work.

    2.) "null" and "blank column" isn't the same thing.

    3.) Have you googled the error you're facing or searched in the forum at all? WE get this question at least twice a month since the existence of the product. Not doing any research goes back to point 1. If you literally don't do anything, not even search, then hire somebody. The people in here are volunteers and here to help; not to do your homework for free.

    Your model in the RPD is messed up and you haven't handled the non-conformed dimensionalities correctly.

    @Christian,

    Yes, before posting the question I have done google but in most of the blogs they told about the setting content level in our case we didn’t create any hierarchy’s for the dimensions.

    So I have posted here for taking help and provided all the details.

    Thanks,

    Well then you're already using the tool wrong to begin with. Without dimensional hierarchies you can not use multi-star models.

    So the problem starts even more basic. Use the tool correctly and you won't have issues. Use it like Notepad and lose all possible functionalities and advantages.
