Question

After installing OAS on Linux, i am getting the error . All EM components are up and running. I am able to login to EM and console.

Guess, asking question in right space?

To add, your click here, points to localhost IP, so I suspect there is more to the story about how you installed, VM?, ifconfig, /etc/hosts, etc., topology, authenticators, etc.,CPU/memory (make sure all your apps in weblogic are actually running, etc, .... but as mentioned reviewing the logs  as your initial step should provide some clues to give you a start.

Have you looked at any log files? BI Server? BI Presentation Server? OPSS?
