Unable to crate system DSN for Oracle BI Server

Question

Hi,

I installed Oracle BI Administration Tool in Version 12.2.5.5.0, repository version: 356.

I need to connect online...

When I want create System DSN, I choose driver from Oracle_Home3 where I have installed new rpd.

I get error like:

Oracle BI Server-Oracle_Home3 ODBC configuration procedures could not be loaded due to system error 1114: Initialization of dynamic link library (DLL) failed.

What I'm doing wrong?

File nsqsetup.dll exist and user has permission fot this file and all files in catalog.
