setting up secure cookie for ORA_BIPS_LBINF

Dear Experts,

Unable to find the process how to make secure cookies for ORA_BIPS_LBINF ?

How to create a secured cookie in obiee 12c without implementation of the SSL. I have done the setting up secure cookie for below values

ORA_BIPS_NQID

JSESSIONID

But I am not finding any tags related to ORA_BIPS_LBINF.

Versions

OBIEE 12.2.1.4.X

WINDOWS SERVER 2016

Sql server 2016

Our users are coming from db its a db authentication
