Job Appearing in XMLP_SCHED_JOB table but does not appear in OBIEE Manage Jobs or Job History Dashbo

I see a BI Publisher report scheduled as a job in the XMLP_SCHED_JOB table but the job does not appear in the Manage Jobs or Job History dashboards that are part of the OBIEE web front end.

I see daily entries for the the job in the XMLP_SCHED_JOB table and the job is in 'running' status, however no scheduled job appears in the Manage Jobs view matching the user job name or report url and nothing appears in the Job History view.

The job also references an invalid REPORT_URL.

The report has been moved from the location that appears in the REPORT_URL  and is in a new folder path.

I would like to remove this invalid scheduled job, however since it does not appear in any of the front end job scheduling views I cannot pause, delete, or cancel the job..

Are there other job scheduling tables I should be looking at?
