Can we add a prompt to a BIP report ?

Hello All,
Can we add a prompt to a BIP report ?
I know we can add the BIP report at a dashboard and we can have a dashboard prompt , however wondering if there is a provision to have a similar prompt at BIP report level it self?

- If you are saving a dashboard prompt for use with an Oracle BI Publisher report that receives its data from the Oracle BI Server or SQL Server, then the dashboard prompt's name must match the name of the report's parameter
