If you're still on the old OBI 12c family, then it's in your file system under ORACLE_HOME/bi/bifoundation/samples/sampleapplite

SampleAppLite-datafiles.zip
how can i make this 2 file to rpd file ?
The BAR file contains the RPD, security and web catalog.
