how can we convert BIpublisher rtf file content in to xhtml automatic?

Hi All,

i have BI publisher rtf files with lot of contents in between place holders for the fields , also content have different formats. Is there any way to convert rtf file data into xhtml? or we can store that content in the format of xhtml in to the oracle database?
