    Thank you Gianni,

    We have shared systems where the Admin tool has been insalled and these multi user systems runs on Windows server, not sure what possible solution for this as Admin tool is client tool and the way we are working is throug Windows server both contradicts ! Any sugession you would like to make?

  • The easiest dirty solution crossing my mind is ... a virtualmachine 😐️

    You could run it on your shared server: if on a desktop OS the Admin tool works fine with your RPD, that could be a workaround.

    It's not nice, not at all, but at some point there aren't tons of alternatives. Because the server OS isn't certified officially you can't even expect Oracle to give you some miracle settings (that I anyway don't remember having seen or heard about ever). So it's all about how to run the Admin tool on a desktop OS: if locally it isn't possible because your IT can't install the app, run it into a VM on a server you already have.

    I am proposing with the infra team a new VM with Windows 10.
