Update Saved customizations

Hi,

1) we have saved customizations created by users in UAT environment. I would like to know how to move all those customizations to prod Or if I move report to prod automatically does customizations for all users come with report?

2) we have requirement like data can be updated in saved prompts selections in saved customizations.i would like to know how to go to all users saved customizations and update prompt values from old value to new value. Please suggest me the best approach how can I Handle this.

Anyways...ad 1.) No, those are part of the /user/ folders when saved for the user and stored in /_selections/ so completely separate from the actual object they reference in terms of storage.

Selections for Application Roles for example - so anything stored for "Others" throguh the GUI and pertaining to groups of users - is stored with the dashboard:

ad 2.) If it's stored in the dashboard then you can use XML Search & Replace in Catalog Manager to modify this. If it's on a personal basis and hence tied to the user you can't through catalog manager but you could through the file system...but htis is NOT recommended if you don't know what you're doing so please don't.
