The question is: How do you know who left your organization?

    Hi Christian,

We have collected the list of users from the different business groups who use this application.

We use LDAP for authentication and if any user lets the Organization we inform the LDAP support team to revmove the user from the LDAP. But we have never removed the content created by theose users .

If you have the list then it's just a question of writing the necessary commands using the runcat.sh/.cmd command line interface.

    runcat.cmd/runcat.sh -cmd delete ( -path <path{:path}> | -pathFromFile <Path to deletion list file> ) [-force]

        ( (-offline <path of catalog>) | (-online <OBIPS url> -credentials <credentials properties file>) )

    Thank you Christian,

Will there be any impact with this? apart from loosing the content.. like if any dependecy of these reports somewhere else.. as one report results can be used in another etc.,

I would like to take a backup just in case if any shouts here and there I can restore those specific objects..

    Regards

"one report results can be used in another etc"

Anything that's in a private folder is - as the name says - private. Nobody else has access to it.

You can back things up of course.
