Any good detailed document (training) on how to burst emails in BI Publisher

I have been using OBIEE for few years and now I have a list of orders with their quantity and need to send out individual emails/burst to each order admin their order info including quantity and it seems this can be done in BI Publisher, but never used it- so is there a well-detailed document I can use to learn how to do it?

Does the OBIEE admin need to enable it or configure it or install java in order for it to work?

I really appreciate any help you can provide me with.
