Mail is not being delivered/received for BIP reports

Question

Hello Experts,

I am wondering why my BIP reports are not being emailed to me when schedule job is submitted successfully in OAC 6.3:I have configured below delivery email in administrator (test connection is successful):

then I scheduled a BIP report like below:

then I submitted the job like below:

Job got submitted successfully as well:

However I have not received any email (waited for hours).

Am I missing some thing?
