OBIEE Agent: Handshake failed when connecting to SMTP server using SSL

Hi,

I have a scheduler agent but my email configuration does not work:

"Handshake failed when connecting to SMTP server using SSL"

This is my email config (picture).

I have a certificate and put it in the folder as in the picture. I chose a random name for the certificate.

So why does the SMTP handshake still fail?
