Disclaimer: Your question provides no context or information on why you are looking for a file which was part of a practice lab of OBIEE 10g over 13 years ago.
As you can probably imagine, the product and everything around it has evolved in the last 13 years and this isn't really applicable anymore. The release cycle for OAC is more like 13 weeks now with 4 updated per year.
Secondly, to be still working on such outdated versions - even the "11g" from your tag or dangerous at best and negligent at worst. Software evolves, gets made better and gets made more secure. Staying on outdated and unsupported versions has zero benefit whatsoever to a corporation and in fact puts them in grave danger.

Schema of what? OBIEE doesn't have any data, doesn't have any schema. If you expect a proper reply you should invest more than 10 seconds in asking the question. Put words to define what product you talk about, what version and what you are after. Because in the OBIEE/OA world a "schema" is a only a pointer to something else somewhere else.
