OBIEE 12.2.1.4
Sometimes we face an issue when bi_cluster gets Unknown/Pending state. All services have "running" state and bi is working (no complaints from users). But in this case we can't upload/download repo and connect to online repo in admin tool.
What could it be and can we return it to "running" state without the full restart of BI?
