OBIEE 12.2.1.4 to OAS 6.4. out of Place upgrade document

Hi,

I am migrating OBIEE 12.2.1.4 to OAS 6.4 . I have to install OAS 6.4 on fresh instance and perform upgrade from OBIEE 12. I search a lot and I found lots of documents along with steps but all belongs to in-place upgrade.

However I did not get any document for out of place upgrade from OBIEE to OAS.

Could you please provide any document/reference which contains out of place step by step guide for upgrade from OBIEE 12c to OAS .
