Hi friends, I ask a question about Authentication error

Hi friends, I used BIEE 12.2.1.3.0 ,5 days ago ,my comany restart server. after it ,i restart the Obiee app server .when I login at "http://10.241.*.*:9502/analytics with old user and password" , it tell me that "An error occrred during authentication .Try again later or contact your system administrator". The app's log of bi_server1.out tell me that "Failed to create BIPSSoapSession object". EM and consone can login but not analytics, please help me！

@User_R6MVA — This thread is from the year 2022, and abandoned.. The error you post is from the search crawler app (oracle.biee.search) and not related to authentication.

Recommend you start a new thread, but you will need to re-review your logs to identify the correct /related error stack or if necessary log a service request and provide your diagnostic dump output.
